The Granary is a self–contained property on a small family run nursery on the A271 between Battle and Hailsham. Situated in the heart of 1066 country it is on the edge of the High Weald with easy access to many varied attractions.

Herstmonceux Castle and Science centre(2miles), Battle (6miles), Eastbourne(10miles), Hastings (12miles), Rye (20miles), Tunbridge Wells and Brighton (25miles) are all less than an hours drive away.

There is an hourly bus service between Hastings and Eastbourne that goes via Bexhill, Hailsham and Polegate. There are train stations at Battle and Polegate with direct links to London .
